We suggest the following for a one pot meal: 18 Small red potatoes 12 medium white onions, whole peeled 12 ears corn 3 inch long 2-3 lbs. raw shrimp in the shell 1 Package of Sassy Seafood boil Prepare a large pot with 1.5 gal. water, add 3Tbls of salt and bring to boil. Dump in package of sassy seafood boil and add potatoes. Boil 6 minutes, then add onions. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add corn. Boil for 12 minutes, add shrimp and boil for 2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Remove from heat and pour off liquid, to serve. While the seafood boil is cooking, start frying up the hushpuppy mix. So delicious, you won't be able to stop eating them.
