These "fried onions" are perhaps the best I have ever tasted. So high in quality, one can eat them directly out of the container as a very tasty snack. They are so delicious, if they were at a better price...odds are I would purchase 48 ounces A WEEK and keep them always in my pantry. The 12 four ounce packages did not last even a week in my household, and were eaten directly from the container. No chance to try in any recipes due to the quality. If it came in 48 ounce bags, for about a quarter to a third of the price, I would purchase at a minimum around 10 pounds a month for my household as both a snack and a recipe ingredient. Again, it is the best in its category, and makes "Frenches Fench Fried Onions" seem like a "low quality substitute".
