I have cooked with Penzey herbs and spices for more than 25 years and these onion granules are so versatile. If I have no fresh onion, this is often a good replacement. I sprinkle it in soups, stews, rubs and marinades. It is excellent in omelets scrambled eggs and egg salad. I dust on bloody Mary's and add it to Mac and cheese. It is just very versatile.
