I sprinkled some on a baked potato and it was a delicious addition. The ingredient list is brief—onions, palm oil, wheat flour and salt—and there are no artificial flavors or colors or preservatives. Note the bag is not re-sealable so after opening it may be wise to move the onions to an air tight container to maintain freshness as long as possible. Excellent.
