I love this product and only came to Amazon because my local grocery story quit carrying it.I ordered 3 cans. one came badly bent. I would never eat it. I contacted MH and they told me that they don't sell to the public and have no control over those who do. So whoever is selling it has some shipping issues, imho.But that doesn't change my love for the product.My wife's family used to eat this soup for special occasions and I tried it and I liked it. Margaret Holmes is one of the few brands that makes this kind of soup and is very good. Unfortunately here in the Northeast, it is almost impossible to find because the grocery stores don't know how to classify it (is it "soup"? is it "beans"? is it "international"?) so it never "sells" because no one can find it in the stores. So I have to buy it on AMAZON.Hoppin John was quite tasty without being overly spiced. After having one can from a local grocer, I bought 6 cans thru Amazon. My husband & I both enjoyed them. I also added some fresh onion before microwaving - delicious.Delicious but crazy expense, if only they were available at the local stores in this part of the country.Real good tasteThis was the first time eating this. Great flavor.Like homemade. I love it.Good product at a great price not readily available in all stores in the North.
